Shaun has been a  licensed Realtor® since August of 2000, and has successfully  specialized in the South and Southwest regions of Orlando, as well as the Second/Vacation home market for the last 14 years.

Melissa has been a  licensed Real Estate Agent since September of 2005, and has experience in the sales and marketing of pre-construction, investment properties, and residential real estate  in the Central Florida area.
